Machine Maintenance

To keep your RMs running smoothly CBSI employs dozens of service technicians who respond to service calls within a 4 to 24 hour time window 7 days a week. On average we experience 1.3 service calls per machine per month. Our current fleet of RVMs includes over 230 machines in the state of Michigan and over 600 machines in other bottle bill states including Hawaii. We also have machines placed in Europe and Canada.
